I am back and writing again on this site after a two year hiatus. I miss cooking and working on recipes. Since my NON-culinary adventures have proved valuable in exploring my skill set, I am thrilled to be back in the kitchen creating the things I do love. The kitchen has always been a studio to me where I can create meaningful dishes that feed my family, friends, and myself. Food is sacred medicine supporting the body’s ability to shine and producing an abundance of health in those I serve it to.
On another note, I have read and followed Celiac Chicks for many years now and want to encourage anyone with a gluten allergy or intolerance to check out that blog. Kelly has timely and valuable information to share.
As promised two years ago, I am opening up Baking with Julia and converting the recipes to gluten free as time allows.
